My first experience in prime health club have not been disappointed. I train here and find the consistent positive trainers and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. Most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to guide personally and push you in the right way. It's a hard workout with happy people.

Thank you for your crucial time for my reply. Kindly focus on services instead of this type of behaviour and response. I don't know whether the ratings 4 & 5 are given genuinely to this gym or not. But people has given them and it didn't deserve a star But still, I would suggest you to experience it by yourself and have fun. the gym owner said don't make fake reviews ????how?
Let's discuss

1. Equipments: All equipments are outdated & old fashioned. There are other equipments which you can experience while working out there. 3rd class condition.

2. Dull energy of trainers, non responsive trainers. By all this you can the gym training services.

3. Machinery need lots of repairs to be honest. Have complained several times. No solution for complaints by customers, they just dont care.

Please consider these points to enhance your facilities instead of replying me.

A complete devastating experience.. the only gym been visited who continually demotivate you not to do accurate workouts.. u always have management dancing on your head to get off from the equipments and run outside so they don't need to pay more maintenance for their machines. The price is fairly high as per the establishment however u r paying mostly to be monitored for the asurance that you are not working out more than 5 mins on any equipment.. they expect the money for people to walk in and walk out. They also ensure that people spend only very small amount of time in gym on exceeding that please be ready to b humiliated to be kicked out.. think before wasting your hard earned cash!
