The therapy sessions have really helped me with my overthinking and negative thought process...I feel good about myself and the world...When I started taking the sessions I was a bit sceptical about whether I should seek help or if it will work but her counselling approaches are amazing. My experience with Dr.Preeti has been absolutely wonderful. Her approach towards my issues was always gentle and warm giving me enough space to navigate through my emotions. She would listen intently, and give me solutions that proved to be quite useful.
