Edit : Google Maps just won't let me correct the location of this place. It is about 200 mts north of the location pinned now. It is near "Old Tomb Sarkej".

Visited Mar 2020.
After my first visit to Sarkej Roza I found out that I had actually missed seeing many of the less well known structures. On Sahapedia I saw this : "This is one of the oldest structures on the campus and was used by Sheikh Ahmed Khattu to offer prayers in seclusion. It is a small underground structure.". I just had to see this on my second visit. The librarian at Sarkej Roza kindly directed me this location. Simple room underground, but important none-the-less. Worth a visit. Just next to the Tomb of Ghiasuddin Ali Qazwini, which is also a must see. See attached pics.
