Dr Rakesh patel sir is the best dr in the universe, first time when I visited the hospital I feel positive energy and realise what I wish it will be complete here only. Simple words lutne Wali duniya me Sahi solution yahi Milta. Now I am mother of cute little munchkin. Thanku every staff member of Poojan and specially thanks to dr Rakesh the give happiness to our family.

I choose this hospital from Google review but after i find more than Google review is self reported operated like Arvind kejarival school report it's very bad experience once you take package for IVF then if you complain or ask something to Dr. His behaviour is totally changed and Shouting in front of staff to the patient. No matter how big Dr or how big building but if he have no manner to talk after taking his package and yes after delivery he never care about patient and new baby born also. And if you complain then he is shouting like Phyco.

Good doctor best hospital in Naroda, properly guide and consult by doctors. Only one thing needs to change hospital reception staff not maintaining patients privacy, loudly call patients name (it's normal) but sometimes patients problem discuss at reception area and on call forcefully asking for problems. I think doctor and patient privacy is most important for a good hospital.
Other than privacy issues, it's all good and Dr. Rakesh Patel watches all CCTV cameras for proper management.
