Second time paying for the membership again, expecting for a better result and better treatment and better service over here at this gym what I have felt as a customer as a client that this people including the trainer. All the trainers nobody concentrates on clients, their first and foremost goal is to convince the client for personal training what they called PT other than that they don’t personally train or guide any of the clients. It’s my own personal experience twice. I have paid one year membership again I am completely unsatisfied and I felt it’s my mistake to come back to the gym again .

Recently joined just because close to where I stay.
I'll suggest do check some things before joining
1. very less place to mobile workout feel crowded even 8-10 people working out around weight section.
2. Extremely unhygienic and suffocating changing-room/washroom it smells so bad more than a minute inside and you'll puke
3. sauna room never tried due to smelly surrounding.

4. trainers are fun and good ,machines are decent
5.canteen is good.
6. AC, equipment are in good condition

The gym atmosphere is great and the equipments are amazing quality. The great fact about this gym is it's open 24/7 and the trainers are amazing. Zaid personally has great techniques and knows a lot. He helps me keep track of my workout and tells me exactly how to target a muscle for the workout. Zaid has a great positive attitude and always welcomes us with smile. He helped us with our BMI as well as diet plans. It's been 3 weeks and I love it.
