Best Pilates Studio Ever In My Town ..!
Dr.Komal Khandhar is a professional, friendly instructor who truly cares about her clients. Furthermore She is physiotherapist and pilates instructor so under her guidance i could not only got in shape and reach my goal but also rehabilitate my injury.

There are classes available for all levels and since shez having a bunch of knowledge in it ,she is great at modifying an exercise or making it more challenging to accommodate everyone’s needs.

Thank you Komal for keeping me in great shape and being an amazing, attentive & talented instructor
