This is not a hospital; it is a store that sells expensive medicines and other products from which they benefit.

Taking medication for an extended period of time I'm getting no results, so avoid this hospital for any type of skin or hair issue.

Worst hair-falling experience ever
Avoid focusing on the hair-fall problem.
I've been using pricey shampoo and oil for a year with no results.

Using a medication for the past three months that costs about 3,000 per month (9000 for 3 months).

Simply put, they are making more money by selling pricey oil shampoo and medicines.

Hence, when I go for my complaint, which is that I am not getting any results, they tell me to pay additional money for a new case and only then can I see a doctor. The doctor reprimands the receptionist for informing the client they needed to pay extra money for a new case or else advise them to leave because of the rudeness of the receptionist's behaviour.

For a year, my brother and bhabhi have been seeing a hair specialist.

They provide overpriced oil shampoo medications that are only available at their medical store, yet there is ultimately no recovery.
