There is no AC working properly and no charging facility. All passengers complained to conductor but there is no proper response we getting from his side instead he said it’s better than outside you’re standing.
I never recommend to travelling with such buses. No doubt some of bus running good but this time it is too worst.

My biggest mistake is to choose patel tour and travel. Bad management , staff behaviour is rude. Its feel like your travelling in a local 3 rd class bus with horror experience.
Even they charge higher amounts as compared to other days.

For Better comfort, had booked Volvo -AC bus with higher charges comparatively.
Reached pick-up point on time and bus was little late.
Waiting area outside office is very bad and inside office was not good.
Needs lot of improvement.
