Worst bus company ever. Unheigenic bus. Disrespectful staff. Buses are minimum 1 hour late. Doesnt value time nor the customers. They clearly tell you to not book bus if we have a problem with their time and behaviour. Avoid patel tours and travels even in your emergency circumstanaces.

Overall experience was good .But the AC didn't work properly and as it was a sleeper class they didn't even provide pillows too . Only positive was the bus was clean and we reached on the destination by promised time .

Bad service , bus timing issue , hygiene issue , driver doesn’t know the road , there was a mechanical problem in bus in every hour . It took 7 hours from ahmedab to rajkot . The erlier service of patel tours is no more ….
