Booked Scania bus and they changed it to regular type of bus without prior information. Also seat was changed. The bus got break down and I missed the train due to this. Very stressful experience. Will never travel with them and will not recommend to anyone.

In the era of luxury buses. This was an below average experience. Bus was not clean. buses looked like an old a.c bus from interior as well as exterior though it was advertised as a luxury bus. Driver behaviour was below average mark. The only thing that was good was a.c , which no body had a control whole night.

Worst Experience ever especially for women.
1. Ticket was booked online from Rajkot to Bhilwara 5 days in advance from Parshwanath itself, however on arrival no seats was provided by the bus man
2. Later he provided last seat and on reaching the destination, the bus don't don't halt at the stopped mentioned on the ticket, and dropped somewhere on the highway far away from the city.
3. Didn't open the storage area to remove the bags and he dropped the bags and Paper cartoons on the wet road with all the chikkad and when tolad to move ahead started abusing.
4. Didn't provide the plankets or proper charging cable to charge phone and didn't stop the bus for the washroom breaks.
5. Bus was delayed by 2 hours and didn't count the persons in the bus due to which had to stop for the missing passengers later ahead.
6. Not at all safe for Women or girls travelling alone as seats are changed unannounced even after booking online.
