Worst experience ever. I book vibrant regency using app. they confir my booking at 4 pm. Then when i am reach there at 10pm at night thay giving me resons saying they didnt have rooms. And saying me that contact that app and cancel your booking. Even i didn't got my money back. Want to give minus 10 stars.

BEWARE DON'T FALL FOR LOW PRICE AND HIGH RATING ON OYO APP.
They have high rating on oyo app because they do check out their customer themselves!
And then force customers to give them rating on front of them!
How can someone do check out without informing the customer!?
Here is the detailed review of everything
Cleaning- Zero marks. I don't think they even clean it.
In bathroom there was hair of some girl!
In room there was cigarette!
Ac- Ac remote doesn't work! You can't control the AC
WiFi - their wifi only works in lobby or nearby rooms.
In my room it wasn't available!
Breakfast - Only one choice available!
Pauha, and That too doesn't come on time!
I told them 4 times for breakfast and everytime they werw like 5 min, 5 min!
Bed- Comfortable but it was making noice man!
Bathroom - leaking leaking everywhere!
Staff- well Their staff is damn good actor!
They will talk with you very politely for the rating but when don't want to work to give you good service and if you give them bad rating!
You are trapped!
They will behave like road side goons!
They will give you threat on your face!
I don't know how this oyo is allowed to host international guest, too when their standard is not even upto hosting local guest!
IT'S CHEAP AND NOT SAFE.
Avoid it if you are going with your family!
And oyo customer care is just stupid
If you complain them they will just make false promises and won't do anything! ????

So the hotel was full of rats, the water bottles they brought had their seals broken, so they are refilling their water. Shower didn't work. When we checked out the hotel staff took my phone and clicked a 5-star review to OYO so it was not my review. Please avoid this place.
