I cancelled my booking but didn't received my refund. Customer executives are also not responding. They put the call on hold just by hearing the word REFUND. Will never use OYO ever.

Please don't go to this hotel ever. They are fraud. They provide you room without lock, AC not working, don't have hot water facility, dirty & smelling room and many more and they are taking charges for all this things.
First they takes advance payment and when you complain about anything thing then they will give you answers very rudely. Purely unethical and unprofessional.

Found one rat ( mouse) on my bed and one cocroch near my luggage space. Horrible....They couldn't remove the rat as it got hidden in my room bed backside...
