Dietitian Riddhi Parekh is very trustable and qualified dietitian. She is very helpful and knowledgeable dietitian. Her diet plans are easy to follow in my routine life.
Being house wife I always wonder how could be possible to follow diet and exercise.
But she gave me so easy options to apply in my regular life. She explained me how to work on my life style and eating habits. Her concept is slow and steady process. I would say, Very humble and so knowledgeable Riddhi is. It was really nice talking and so much learning from her to get. Perfection is what we seek for in any consultant and that she is. Right food combination that suits you is very important and there she is master in. She understand so well about you likes and dislikes in food and accordingly she makes you diet to achieve your goal.
