We enjoyed a tour beyond our expeditions. We met new people but enjoyed like a family. The food was very good and thanks for on demand food. The only one thing I would like to tell you that some points are not worthy to see and some points are Undermaintance and closed, so please be updated about that thing or exchange places which is good to see so will save unnecessary time West or walking. Otherwise good experience and helpful staff. Memorable tour. Thank you.

Very bad experience with Navbharat Tourism this time (in compare to 2011), we went on Leh trip in May'23 end. As per our package, no Gujarati cook or food were provided and we were not even informed on the same (we were told that cook is in the next flight and will arrive next day). Being Jain, we have to eat regular food in whole trip (we tried Jain from the hotel, which we even could not eat). They also advertise tour operator would be Gujarati, which was also not the case, local tour guide was also worst (looked like he came for a trip too), Car transportation was good. Hotels were ok, at Nubra due to poor tents and heavy cold, we had contact owner to change the hotel, on which he helped us and we changed hotel at 10pm (total 7 families). We also have to contact them for flight check-in each time. It totally felt like we came on private trip, where we have to manage every thing. No transparent policies and no communication from their end (starting from booking to end)

Management should look into all these issues and should provide at least whatever you are promising as per package, else this is going very bad direction.

Best hospitality in North East tours shown by tour manager shri umang bhai dave. Also delicious food all times and all days served by this tour. City best four Wheeler provided by them. The shef cooked very tasty food. Cooked jain food and boiled water on regular basis. Again very thanks to nav bharat tourism.
