Extremely disappointed. Our Polo Forest trip turned out to be one of the worst experiences. Timings were completely mismanaged. Due to few notorious people for which all had to suffer. The quality of food was poor, and the resort was clearly overbooked. Ambika Resort in Polo is a common choice for all tour operators, but it was overcrowded beyond its capacity, causing absolute chaos and discomfort for everyone. People were literally looting and fighting for food. The tour assistant has no sense of speaking and managing. No clear communication. and whatever gets communicated, not being followed at all.
