Awesome people, went for battery replacement they did clean the internals and reapply the thermal paste as well.

Plus they do the repairs in front of you and not in some hidden corner like other mi service stores. That's a big plus for me.

More than satisfied with service, thanks to these amazing people that my phone has lasted 4 years and will hopefully keep working.

Irresponsible staff in this service center.
They will not provide bills for repairing and spare parts if anything changed.
They are charging some amount for mobile checking to identify the exact issue. But, they don't provide bills for that.

Online payment also not accept registered service center name. Amount to be paid only staff mobile numbers in this service center.

Same part (side key of the mobile) same brand mobile they charged.
One mobile (Redmi note 9) side key - 199/- (Bill provided)
One mobile (Redmi note 4) side key - 700/- (Without bill)

The good reviews are given by the service center employee and the truth is that this service center employees don't know even what to check & how to check fraud company fraud service center employees and even they will create more harm in your devices if you give them to get repaired so better boycott these Chinese company phone's mine Redmi note 10 pro got dead and this fault is from company's side and service center denied to give the service and asked for money better boycott Redmi & Poco
