Worst experience... Unprofessional.. People with zero knowledge sit there to verify your claims. And that too incase of company group policy. Couldn't imgaine the miserable situation for individual policy holders

I had just put one claim after getting okay from hospitalisation as that was non cashless . Making continues follow up with them from so many days but no response. Though submitted all documents they raising query one by one not bother to response not bother about customer satisfaction unnecessary Making delay in claim settlement only reply through mail
