She is a superb trainer. Very professional. Gives right level of workout and diet advise. Flexible to work with your schedule. punctual. Motivates you to work harder on yourself. You will definitely see great results with her. Hands down the best trainer I know so far. Despite being into exercising routine for last 8/9 years she knew the right exercise to trick my muscles, and it felt sore (in good pain) to feel the great workout. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! That’s all I have to say.

Guys i wont suggest anyone to go and here are my reasons
I called and asked for Personal training where she conveyed that i can take one trial and later decide if i want to continue. Across the globe trial is not charged atleast not in Ahmedabad and even if it is charged you are communicated much in advance.
The studio is in poor condition with limited instruments.
Once i reached there and during the mid of the class she told that i need to pay 500/-. I was surprised to see the kind of demand she has without having any such facility at her end.
Please do not go and end up fooling yourself. She doesnt look like a persoanl fitness trainer.

Manisha is truly a personal trainer. She customizes the training sessions as per the body type and requirements of the client and helps achieve their fitness goals. I am taking physical training from her, each session has altogether new set of exercises, which brings surprise as well as fun to the body and mind.
