Worst experience!! Bad quality product. We baught a silk saari from this place. When the saari was handed over after polishing, we didn't check it thoroughly trusting the showroom. After a while when we opened the saari, it turned out to be a repaired saree having a plastic like material instead of the silk that we originally saw. As soon as this happened, I rushed to the showroom and requested to resolve this by taking a return with full or partial refund or by providing an exchange. But they firmly refused to take the saree back. It was a gifted saree and hence created a lot of trouble, also causing lose of reputation. I'm definitely going to complain about this in consumer forum and insist everyone not to buy anything from this fraudulent place.
