Poorest service by Mr.Prakash who is forcing us for book a ticket and while denied he abuse us. We don't want to waste our time otherwise I am going for the police complaint.

They have not time management they said me 7.30 to reach and they drop me at my place 9.30 how bad yr I strictly suggest that don't choose Mahasagr travels and second thing they continue taking local passengers and they were so shouting in early morning so I have very bad experience and I never ever choose Mahasagr travels.

If they have to no seat they are booking for high charges, also added their commission, too un hygiene place, no timeline is also unmatched, bus staff's behaviour like an a illetrate person.
