Very congested area ..... and first thing is the sales team is least bothered in addressing the concern of the customers..... i have asked three times to tell me the price of the lens and the recklessness is in PEAKS......
none of them dont know how to receive the customers .... FIFO should be followed... .as they are addressing to the relatives of the lenskart employees
if im asking the butterfly lens .. then thier answer is "oo mehenga rahega" .... still they are not intrested ..... DONT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER...

The man who was assisting me at the shop was keeping on arguing. Even explaining him what i need was a nightmare. You should hire person who have listening abilities. He didn't even asked me that if want to collect my order or want it to be delivered. And keeps on arguing. Was a Headache.
