It has been over 1 month now since I have given my panasonic cordless phone for repairs here. These people are the most unreliable people I have come across. Firstly they told me that the person who repairs the cordless phones was unwell and hospitalised and they did not know where it was kept. After several phone calls and visits to the shop I figured out that these people treat your watches or clocks or any thing you have given for repair very badly. I have seen many customers complain about their clocks, watches and other gadgets developing plenty of scratches or cracks or even glass breakages due to poor handling... If you visit their shop you will see that they have very scant respect for your things and just throw them like trash. It looks like a scrapyard. Now it is over 1 month they have given me the cordless phone back and charged me Rs. 350 but have misplaced my adaptor so I have still not checked it and cannot use the phone. All in all I feel cheated because I have paid for something that I cannot use. Now none of them answers my phone calls and every time I go to the shop there is one excuse after another given to me. If you ever give anything to these people to repair I suggest you get it done in front of you. NEVER agree to keep anything back for them to repair or you may never see it again or receive it damaged or broken with a lot of excuses. They have plenty of excuses in stock for every situation. Deal with them at your own risk.

Very bad response!

I've called for asking my watch band's replacement, but the guy name Hardik Patel who talked with me on phone was very rude:( , He was shouting on me & give me very bad words but I'm very glad that I have learned a lot of new bad words from him. I want to share that new words but this is wrong place If you also want to learned please contact me personally.:)

Good service. Trying well to repair old Watch, WT scale, Attandance machine, Trimmer etc. Worth try once before throwing away costly electric item.
