Very bad experience. Price difference for every customer. Unstructured discount. Misguide customers. Sales team is not qualified and not follow their promises and commitment. People who are planning to buy honda cars with landmarks honda (Ahmedabad) be careful. They are giving discounts on Insurance amounts and accessories price using “GOLMAAL HONDA CAR PRICE LIST”
Extremely unprofessional behavior of staff specially Mr.Arpan Soni (Sales AGM), terrible sales manager. They don't care of customer feedback and ignores it.

I wish to give ZERO star to Landmark Honda

I booked the car on 3rd June , but because of personal issues had to cancel my booking on 4th June. . Still waiting for my advance payment to be refunded which was 21,000

It's strange that they force you to pay booking amount on the spot but when the amount is supposed to be refunded they take more than 10 days to process the same. And make you wait for weeks

Just keep giving assurance that payment will be processed and nothing happens for 2 weeks

I wish I could get the CEO'S EMAIL Address and mark him cc

Posting the same on linkedin to fasten the process. . Strange that in today's world we have to wait our own money to be refunded for so many days. Totally understand the pressure on the sales team but you do not have the right to play with people's money

And i received my refund of We 20,958.00 on 19-Jun-23 after 2weeks of cancellation.

Strange that such a big company deducts 42 Rs and doesn't bother to give full refund. .

I'm glad although that I received the refund amount.
