I am 30 yrs old and have slip disc problem.i had almost 3 month bed rest.Then I went to different physio centres, i got result but not that what i want !! I didn’t get my strength and not complete recovery !! Finally i started my training at Laksh Sports Rehab and it’s been a year almost and i am on my feet with no fear having weight training !!
Here they have very skilled and professional physiotherapist with great knowledge and polite behaviour.
