A little bit of a small and congested outlet as compared with others. Took a whopping 90 min for a monster pizza. I would recommend not to order giant or monster pizza if you are running short on time. Otherwise the staff was responsive.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and quality of food at your Lapinoz outlet in Mapple Tree Ahmedabad. I visited your restaurant today and ordered a pizza, but was disappointed to find that it was uncooked and inedible.

When I complained to the staff, they admitted that there was a problem with the pizza material and that they were unable to cook it properly. I was shocked to hear this, as serving uncooked food is a serious health hazard and can lead to food poisoning.

I am highly disappointed with the service and quality of food at your restaurant and would like to request an immediate refund for my order. I also urge you to take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future, as they can have serious consequences for your customers' health and safety.

I regret to say that I cannot recommend Lapinoz to anyone based on my experience today.

La'Pinoz Pizza is renowned for its delectable pizzas with unique flavors and generous toppings. The taste is excellent, and the variety is impressive. However, my experience was marred by the slow cooking service. Despite their commitment, the pizzas took longer than expected to be ready. Regrettably, I have to deduct one star from my rating due to this delay. If they can improve their cooking speed, La'Pinoz Pizza would undoubtedly become a top-notch choice for pizza enthusiasts.
