Sir, firstly thank you for your explanation about the situation. But i was at the receiving end of your speech and for me it was horrible the way you spoke. I said everything with respect but you were the one who was using unnecessary words to make your point.

Secondly about the rules that you speak so fondly of should have been told thoroughly at the time of joining rather that making a fuss over it later. I only asked you the reason for the particular rule as i wasn't aware of it but you went on to insult me and made fun of me in front of all the people in the library just because i asked, which wasn't cool of you as an elder.

I was there for almost 2 months and that too for whole day and never caused any kind of trouble or nuisance. And if you don't remember let me tell you that you were the one who told me to take my money back and never come back without thinking of the possibility that how much it would affect my studies.

Even if you don't agree, deep down you know that it wasn't my fault. Now I don't expect you to apologise nor i want you to apologise as you said you are my elder and i respect you. And reducing anger, reducing arguments and evaluating oneself is a job not only for young generation but our elders can also learn valuable things by following them.

And Lastly about my friends and family they may not know you or met you but they know me very well and understands the situation that's why they are upset and supporting me. i don't want to mislead the people about your library as i won't gain anything from doing that. I got to experience your library and now I'm sharing my review so that people can be aware of choosing the best for themselves.

Need to make the library safer for girls who are coming there to study whole day. Rules and regulations should be told beforehand so that there won't be any misconduct from the students side.

The library and the staff is really good but the issue lies with the owner of the library. So rude, unprofessional and using cheap language to shout on the student who are coming there to study. Needed to get out from there as soon as possible because of the owner.
