I have started my weight loose journey by fasting, skipping meals, GM diets, but could not succeed. Finally, I come to know about Neha madam and started my journey under her guidance. Her diet plan is very easy to follow. She prepares the plan taking utmost care about client medical health, daily routine lifestyle etc. It contains only our kitchens items. Daily 45 minutes workout (walking/Gym/Games) is compulsory. I never felt hungry during this journey. I have lost almost 10 kg in few months. I am feeling very happy and highly satisfied with my new avatar. All credits goes to Neha madam.

I’m feeling very energetic, light & confident since I’ve started following diet plans , I’m extremely happy with weight results. Thank you for providing balanced diet awareness . Apart from this diet , I would like to say that she is really amazing person who is very kind , down to earth & full of positivity - it’s inspiring & motivational for us to push ourselves towards maintaining healthy dietary habits.
