Most pathetic experience with Kesvi.
These people don't disclose a detailed travel itinerary before the tour. At the time of booking they give fake promises about all tickets inclusion.
During the tour they suddenly come and ask to pay extra for it.

I have gone to Dubai tour for a week. Almost paid maximum for the package. I have been told that all your tickets and extra charges are included. And they didn't even buy burj khalifa's 180 aed ticket for us.
Neither of tickets included. We got to know that the hotel is not the same which they mentioed in brochure.
They gave us a hotel which was way cheaper and dirty.

Manager doesn't come with us during the tour. Neither does he follow any time plans. Half of the places were skipped. We had to room around several famous places and beaches on our own expense, traveling through metro. Such a pathetic tour management i have never seen in my life.

Owner resides there in Dubai. He neither picked any call or assisted for any help. If this is the situation in dubai, one may think about the situation being so terrible in other countries.

It was total waste of time and money to set a tour with Kesvi

Even ONE star is a lot to give them. There were lots of out of pocket charges during the tour. Very disorganized tour, even tried to scam my group for more money. The travel experience was really tiring. When we tried to contact for help and clarify things they started using abusive and vulgar language, lots of threats were given to us .

I went on tour to Singapore, Malesia, Phuket, Krabi. Initially supposed to go Thailand with cruise.
One day before tour, Kesavi manager told that we will go Phuket, Krabi instead of Thailand because other group member are going to Phuket and Krabi. Imagine what type of management they have.
One of the worst tour and travel agency with low quality and poor service, total mismanagement.
Most of the time you travelling in the bus and low quality of hotel with worse food and no tour guide with you who can talk in local language in Singapore, Malesia, Phuket, Krabi. If you know English or their language then good otherwise do whatever they tell you without any argument.
Once you pay the money in advance you can't do anything. No refund even if they increase package price then you have to pay that as well.
keshavi cheat to customer and even though the cancelled tour/program/places visit they don't contact to customer and not cash back.. after so many calls for cash back no answer and rudely behavior to customer.
