Never buy insurance from kataria insurance they are fraud specially vadodara makarpura branch, they mislead the customer, profit is only Moto for them. Please go through online platform like acko and others.

I had purchase an insurance, and even after one year and over 30 calls two agents are still not answering my calls and replying for the cashback. They are complete cheat looking at their behaviour. One of them is Keval Shah and his manager Bharat, they both are avoiding giving cashback as promised while selling policy. Not replying to texts, calls. Very unprofessional and cheat behaviour. Disappointed. Only reason I bought policy from here was the name of Kataria, i even had bought car from their franchise but never again. Worst experience. Zero stars deserved. Kindly look into your executives Keval and Bharat, i am seeing other reviews mentioning their names as well.

Worst insurance services. Never ever take any insurance from this broker. Got No response even after calling daily. Pathetic service.
When they want money from you. They will call u 50 times in a day.

I would give zero star..
