Unsupported behaviour from customer care.
I requested bus cctv but they told it's not working even when it was mentioned on their bus

Never travel through their bus for Ahmedabad to Pune. 6:30 pm bus cancelled and rescheduled to 9:30. Also, they didn't stop at selected drop point in Pune. Very unprofessional management.
Prefer Ganga go Benz and sahajanand travels anyday.

Very bad experience. Bus was late by 1 hour and drop point already selected from online booking but drivers refused to go there and drop passenger somewhere else. No one is picking the call or no responsibility from the management office. Not recommend at all. GJ-01-ET 5090
