Okay I joined this company for customer service project.
In 30 K salary they want you to work like robots not in 1 or 2 projects but multiple projects. Kharid liya hai kya bhai.
The most interesting part was HR policy. There was a work from home policy for which they allowed office computers to take home by asking to deposit cheques for the belongings. Later when i found out this was only taken from few people whom they doubt. Also i was asked to give cheques for my 2 months salary if I leave the office without notice.
Cutting it short, Management is pathetic and i would advise all the people.of India never ever work with this company.
