One of the worst firms ever. They exploit young employees with unreasonable targets, low pay and no time limits along with a toxic work environment. The PMs have very bad work ethic with a lot of them often shouting and publicly humiliating younger employees. They act like a huge MNC but have very little substance to showcase their abilities. Their record of employee retention is also very low.

Please do not encourage such type of firms who are degrading professions such as architecture, urban design and landscaping in India. HCP is way better than this firm if you are looking for a similar firm in Ahmedabad or Gujarat.
