The staff needs to be trained properly on how to treat the customer. The front desk staff way of talking to the customer is worst.
The hotel does not have parking space to park vehicles. It is hard to locate this hotel and one needs to use maps only to go to this hotel. The rooms are small compare to other hotels located in the area. The service is worst as no one is giving the answer properly. The reception desk staff needs to be more polite with the customer as there is no professionalism or courtesy given to the customer.

Very good hotel. Best reception and service. Food is excellent.Advisable to book online with breakfast and dinner included in the package. All the best wishes for further improvement.

The hotel atmosphere was nice..in the room washroom and bed was good ventilation also very nice..food also good.need more accessible for disabled people
