Worst customer service,!! I went today to buy curtains as was looking and exploring as per my requirements number of times different sales representative came just to stand next to me out while I was comparing curtains for the length and I opened them to see as we have right to check product before buying it, one of the sales representative (male) came to us and told me that I just folded and put back the curtain in box a while ago tell me why did you opened it????? Even if he has to fold it back and put back isn’t it his job ??? And then he came with his female colleague and she told us if you want to see any curtain tell us to open do not open by yourself because you won’t understand???!! This how you loose the sales !! When you don’t even have any customers in store , While I wanted to purchase more than 5 curtains for my renovated house !! But since this kind of rude behaviour towards customers I walked away with my parents !! Will never recommend anyone to go there !!

The experience is so worst. The lady in the hometown is very rude in nature and even their whole team can’t respond to the customer properly. i went today and ask her ki kya offers chl rhe hai ispe kya discount hai she ignored and uske baad i said loudly ki mai apse baat kr rhi hu then she replied khana khane gye hue hai yaha k sab log. So aap bol sakte ho wait kro ya kuch bhi we understand but she totally ignored and behaving very rude.i visited most of the times but esa kabhi nhi hua but aj toh that lady behave so bad

Hey Home Town, what amazing experience guys, had fun shopping, bought items worth 2.75Lacs and got 4 amazing Recliner seats for free each worth 50k and in the desired fabric options that they had, Parul Rawal was with me from picking up the first show piece till the last one, she was so kind & helpful and the rest of the staff also made it super quick for me & made my shopping experience super fun, they went running around for my stuff for almost 3 hours. Thank you Home Town, loved everything about your store. ❤️❤️ A smiling experience. Also they gave me free delivery to my location. How fabulous! ????
