I have been following up with them for more than 6 months and have received no response or refund.
Firstly they shipped a damaged piece.
Then it was a pain to get through their refund process.
Finally they recalled the piece.
There has been no communication about the refund since 5 months and I also don't have the bag. 8500/- down the drain.
Very disappointed in a brand I looked up to since childhood.

I had purchased a bag of 15000 ₹ n it was broken within next two days on the airport n i dropped my important things from the broken pocket . They took more than a month n replies it was given to pondicherry. I m dr. N reputed citizen.
