Bijal Dalal here..I started HYC @ Satellite branch before 4 months..An excellent experience I must say ...As I have a severe Knee pain when I joined but now great improvement

Yoga is way of life, I absolutely agree. It's stress buster n it's very good for taking care of depression, anxiety n help to calm down. I too do yoga at Hetal's Yog Clinic ( Naranpura branch) n having a wonderful time with Gayatri Mam.

I am a part of this Hetal's Yog Clinic since 7 years and its really a wonderful beginning of the day.Our Guru Siddhiben of Satellite branch is an amazing personality, her everyday activity is updated,we don't find anything repeated in our daily class. Doing Yoga regularly we are able to keep ourself fit not only physically but mentally as well. Heartiest thanks to Hetalben for introducing this and highly grateful to Siddhiben for keeping us fit.
