I have joined heena yoga in my 2nd trimester and continuing it till now (9th month running). I have experienced the best time at studio the vibe the positivity everything is so up to the mark. Heena Mam and amruta mam both are sweethearts and they care a lot for all us. I will highly recommend to be mom’s to join heena yoga studio.

This is very nice place for healing and and being fit. The trainer is so intelligent that she feels our weakness when we're doing yoga. The one hour session is so good. Many types of postures and positions she make us to do .
We feel so happy to join this yoga & wellness studio. We also fell fitness changes in our body.
