If ratings are on negative side, I would have opted for it. Company is offering no warranty, no guarantee on any product being purchased. Pathetic staff behaviour. Ridiculous Experience. Won't suggest anyone, even to step in the store.

Not happy with my recent purchase. Most surprised Is compared to other Hamleys Staffs were not interested to show the item is functional or not. I bought a toy for 1299 and once I reached my home while checking I came to know that the on and off switch was not working. Total waste of time and money. Requesting management to take necessary action as your item are premium prices and we are expecting some quality and good behaviour from staffs .
