I had a disappointing experience at the H&M store in Ahmedabad. The customer support was extremely poor, and it felt like there was no one available to assist or address any concerns. Moreover, I was disappointed with the limited options available for men's collection. It seemed that they were primarily offering polyester shirts, and there were no cotton alternatives. I expected more variety and better fabric choices from a brand like H&M. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their offerings in the future. I will never visit them in future.
