GREAT GYM IN TERMS OF MONEY EATING. yeah you heard it right, gym lounge is working on very large scale and they really know well how to fetch customers and their money. They really don’t have any respect and care towards their customers after having money in their pockets. They are always terminating people from the gym for such foolish reasons. They want you to work according to them, even if you are customers and not employees there. After paying them the owner will become the king and clients being their slaves. Recently they terminated my friend and his girlfriend just because he was supporting his girlfriend in exercises. They both joined in couple membership and now gym lounge is asking not to support any girl, even if the girl is comfortable. And anyways, will she ask the owner for support even if his friend/bf is there to support? no right? So, there’s no point of termination on this point. Still they did. There’s always some discrepancies are going against him as he used to help his friends training, and gym lounge is not getting any PTs these days. They have also terminated many people like this before without giving any warning or valid reason. Its just worst gym ever.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the quality of service and equipment at gym lounge premium, Anand Branch , which has ultimately led to its abrupt and permanent closure. As a loyal member who joined the gym on February 13th, I initially experienced a premium fitness facility with state-of-the-art equipment and a high level of service. However, my experience took a significant turn for the worse shortly after I joined. Approximately one month into my membership, all the new and well-maintained equipment was replaced with old and worn-out rubber weights. This sudden change was quite alarming, especially considering the assurance provided by the gym staff that the equipment would be upgraded and replaced in due time. This drastic decline in equipment quality negatively impacted my workout experience and significantly hampered my progress towards achieving my fitness goals. Despite these unfavorable circumstances, I decided to continue my membership, hoping that the gym would honor its promise and improve the equipment situation. Unfortunately, during the month of April, I encountered personal issues that prevented me from visiting the gym regularly. However, I had every intention of resuming my workouts in May, only to be met with a notice stating that the gym was under maintenance and would be closed for an unspecified period. This unexpected closure, without any prior notification or warning, left me feeling not only inconvenienced but also deceived as a member. The lack of transparency regarding the maintenance duration further added to my frustration. And now, to learn that the gym has been permanently closed is truly disheartening. I understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate maintenance or even closure of a facility. However, as a paying member, I expected better communication and consideration from your gym. The abrupt closure without any resolution or alternative arrangements has left me without a suitable fitness facility and has wasted both my time and money. Given the situation, I kindly request that you address the following concerns: Refund or Compensation: I expect a fair and equitable resolution, either in the form of a refund for the remaining unused portion of my membership or suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused. Explanation and Accountability: I would appreciate a detailed explanation regarding the sudden deterioration of equipment quality and the subsequent closure of the gym. Furthermore, I believe it is essential for the gym management to take accountability for the lack of communication and transparency throughout this process

Be careful before paying a single rupee to this gym. Whatever we are paying is the amount which we have earned with our hard work. and this gym does not deserve such a whopping amount. The Gym Management is not proper at all. They all have a concern for the payment ,that's it. once it's done, no one will look after to your genuine concerns / requests / they do not care if something is bothering you at the gym. when i went for a visit for the first time , there was a person named VASUDEV who assured me that once I complete the payment process , i will get the orientation sessions for 4 days. He asked me to come for 2 days general training trials under which he did not let me do anything except for cardio which included just treadmill & cross trainer equipment. I could have done this without his guidance, he didn't tell me anything new in it. Once the payment was done, i have not seen Vasudev again at the gym. Moreover, For so many times, i requested the staff at the reception to put a pair of slippers outside the female's washroom area & tissue rolls (toilet rolls) inside the washroom. But no one has resolved the issue yet. Basically, the client uses the washroom with the same shoes which he / she will be using over the gym floor. now you can image that amid the covid pandemic , what & how many protocols are being followed by this GYM LOUNGE PLATINUM BRANCH, MOTERA, CHANDKHEDA. This thing is not hygienic at all. One one side , they ask you to carry your shoes separately & on contrary, they allow you to use same shows in the washroom as well as over the gym floor. Until i did the payment, i was receiving calls from VASUDEV & other staff members to ask that whether i will be joining the gym or not. once they receive the payment , no one has ever thought to solve the issue their client is facing. Disgusting .....!!!!!!

I feel regret after paying the membership fees for 12M. Because this gym is not hygienic at all. Apart from this, no one has any concern with your requests. As i said, once they received the money, later on they do not care for their client.

Do not waste your money to this gym. It's my humble request to all.I wish , i would had gone through it's google review for once.
