we purchased a cookie and the same cookies has different price. I cross checked 3-4 packs n only one has a higher price and they gave excuse like its a system so have to pay higher amount. despite of having a proof in front of them though not accepting. completely failed to customer support. Not recommending to visit again here.

Very bad experience. Suffered twice with rotten , decomposed sweets.
Even a small bite may lead you to food poisoning.
Better avoid this outlet and try another Gwalia.
