One of the pathetic services by any airlines....
This is the 3rd time in a row that they have changed the booking dur to OPERATIONAL REASONS...
And they are well trained for apologising about the inconvenience caused...someone said taxi service is better, I totally agree to that.
Can't express the feeling. Dumb and worst airlines...I have to give 1 rating otherwise I can't post the comment..there shud be negative ratings also for this.

Worst experience ever.
We were supposed to fly from Ahmedabad to Goa with a hault in Mumbai, but at last minute they deplaned us and told us to board another plane within 30 minutes which is not at all possible at Mumbai airport and we were not informed about what would happen to our baggage either.

Everything about them is bad. I booked my flight for diwali trip. I received a call from them asking me to change date and flight because of some technical issues in the original flight. Now,that was their masterstroke. They have the policy that a passenger can only cancel / reschedule any flight for once. Now , after some days i had to cancel my flight (rescheduled one) because of medical emergencies they said that this is going to be counted as more than one reschedule and you won't received any kind of refunds.
So, technically they make sure to reschedule your flight once by their side(with your permission) so therefore chances of you canceling and not giving refund increases.
