St staff and Management are too gud with customers. The buses are usually on time.
The terminal need to be more clean. But Washrooms are in very bad condition. And they are asking money for pay if you just use for urinate. If you are asking why they charge for just using urinate, they are ready to fight. The behaviour of the person who sitting in washroom area is like he is owner of the whole terminal. Very bad experience.

Hectic place but thankfully some of the AC Bus signs are in English. Otherwise very difficult to find the right bus as all signs are in Gujarati.
