They want to run the office and the employee as per their rule and don't wanted the salary as well.Since last more than 1.5 years I am continuously taking followup for my salary but they are giving the fake promises all the time.
Don't join this company they are doing mentally harrassment on the employee.
Even the work culture and the environment is not good at all they gave us the work at any time and wanted to finish in that time only....whether it is morning 9 or evening 9

Bad management, Funny HR. Someone mentioned about Dheeraj and Nair earlier in a review, the two buggers at flourish and pathetic HR practices they follow …truly both most insensitive human resource personnel you can ever come across in any organization.

There is no zero rating. I would have give that. Worst staff. I have purchased coupons to deliver milk everyday. Every time they deliver less milk quantity or don't deliver. Many times requested vejalpur store officer Mr Mahipal,Mr.Sanjay for this but they don't bother for customer care. Finally decided to switch to local kirana vendor who deliver amul milk bags regularly .I am privileged customer & there is no concern about milk quality.but due to non professional behaviour I have to take this step.
