The customer representative was very helpful. They showed me around the products, explained the use of the product and also helped me get products in my budget. For a newbie like me, it was really helpful.

The store is unable to process gift vouchers. We tried to redeem a gift voucher gifted to us by our friends. We made selection of products and at the time of encashing the voucher, the staff refused to redeem the voucher citing technical difficulties. The experience was horrible and the store said they will be able to redeem only after 2-3 days. We persisted that we were in dire need of the products and couldn’t do without since we had a sick 3 month baby at home. Only after frantically requesting them for 2 hours, we were able to redeem the voucher.
