Worst experience!
I had booked Volvo AC sleeper bus but they changed it to some old bus without my consent.
The AC in the bus stopped working completely.
Had paid fare for VOLVO AC SLEEPER but what I get is some old bus without proper AC .

As the bus stopped for breakfast and my mom went to washroom in bus as she went inside driver came rudely and said not to use washroom when bus is standing as there was no information returned on washroom door or no verbally told by anyone.
And the bus driver tried to pushed me from neck with his fingers and shouting on bus very rudely.
So I have heard about falcon brand from lot of people that this is the best bus with washroom for elderly but m very disappointed with this incident and will not gonna travel again in this falcon bus.
And one more thing bus driver was talking on phone at night while driving which is very dangerous and irresponsible.
I don’t know the driver name but I have the bus number AR-01-T-9907

Ahemdabad to pune via borivali
We got down at borivali stop.
I request the falcon bus company to install a cctv camera near driving seat for better service and information at washroom door.
And I hope that you should take some action against bus driver for his very rude behaviour.
