Rooms are small and functional, hotels entrance was strange you have to go through a short floor to reach the reception. The property was undergoing renovation during my stay. I preferred the hotel because of the location and budget. Law garden, municipal market and CG road are very near and accessible by walk.

Hotel is located near sabarmati river. It is about at 5 minutes away from kalupur station.hotel food is good in taste but paneer curries are oily. Staff is cooperative and polite. But our room had very strigent smell anytime we entered. Sheets were not clean.the one thing I liked here is they allowed us to do early check in without extra charges.only rooms have to be available.thumbs up for that. With little improvmnts here and there it's a good hotel at affordable rates..

The receptionist and staffs are very polite and helpful. The hotel does not have a restaurant but only a small breakfast area. The rooms are more spacious amd much decent than others in same range. The building lacks ambience of a hotel.
