Had a wonderful experience at exhale Yoga school. I personally got trained under Samarth Sir. Mr Samarth dave has immense knowledge about yog, Asan, human anatomy, ancient scripts where concept of yoga is mentioned, Meditation, Pranayam and list goes on. He relates and gains experience with the help of Science of the body and explains all answers with logic. If you give your 100% to your practice he will give his 200% to make sure you reach your goal. One of the best Teacher training yoga centre in Ahmedabad. You can master yourself in ashtang yog, power yoga, vinyasa yoga, Aerial yoga and prenatal yoga. As per his claim ( and its true) many doctors, para medic staff, physiotherapist are trained under him. "Choose your master wisely". And its true here at exhale yoga school if u want to master your yoga skill.

Exhale yoga School is best yoga teaching class in Ahmedabad as his founder cum teacher Samarth sir has wide range of knowledge of different type of yoga and he teach various type of yoga in detail. He's teaching style is awesome as we can easily understand. He teach different type of yoga in exhale school like
