Got a chance to interact with an associate doctor -  Dr. Jaldeep Dalal while at Talsania Hospital today. Dr. Talsania was away for some reason.

It was an excellent experience.

We were probably the last case of the session before the doctor and staff was ready to pack up and go for an afternoon break.

Dr. Dalal took genuine interest in my son’s case. As expected he did his job well - which was to examine, diagnose and guide about next steps. What made it an above and beyond effort was the following:

Per my request, he took time out to talk to our previous ENT surgeon of the last 35 years from another town - where I couldn’t go. They both talked about intricate details of my son’s case and Dr. Dalal patiently and respectfully explained his thought process in a meticulous and methodical way. It was a good learning experience for me and my son to witness how much respect and politeness exists in medical fraternity and how their communication is full of grace and no trace of arrogance or rudeness on either end.

He could have just spent a minimal amount of time on us and packed up for the afternoon (while it was already that time) - rather he demonstrated the commitment to his work and gained our trust for life.

In conclusion, I would recommend Dr. Jaldeep Dalal and can confidently say that you will get the same level of care/treatment as you have always been from Dr. Talsania over more than 4 decades.

Best doctor. Too kind and honest. Excellent treatment. At reasonable price perfect solution. Staff members are very polite. I was unable to listen. After got cleaning treatment immediately from doctor talsania sir , I am now able to listen sound of each and every thing. Must visit this place for proper solution in Ahmedabad.

Very kind staff and doctor. Clean space. Well equipped. Has lift.
Doctor simplified complex things and explained everything in layman language.
Took enough time to listen to what I had to say. Timings are convenient.
