My experience was very good. The staff is approachable and soft spoken. They have adequate knowledge. The hospital itself is well maintained and self sufficient as in has its own pharmacy and optical store.

Only one area I think where it is lacking is availability of a vending machine for tea /coffee. I was there for about 4 hours for various tests and this would hv helped while we are waiting our turn and meet up with the team.

Would like say few words about my eye surgery...
Especially Dr. Neera mam, she is helpful, humble nature and supportive throughout my surgery. She was the one who did my surgery and it was painless. Thank you so much mam for all your support and hard work. Appreciated.
Secondly the behaviour, nature and the support of staff is incredible including the OT staff. They helped and treated me very well unless and until i was alright.
Thank you very much team. Kudos to you and your support. Appreciated for all your kind gesture.
